Medigap Plan A covers the coinsurance and hospitalization costs up to an additional 365 days after the exhaustion of Medicare benefits. It also covers coinsurance and copayment for Medicare Part B, the first three pints of blood and Medicare Part A Hospice coinsurance/copayment.

Medigap Plan B covers everything that Plan A covers, as well as the Medicare Part A deductible.

Medigap Plan C covers everything that Part B covers, as well as Medicare Part B deductible and Foreign travel emergency healthcare costs up to plan limits.

Medigap Plan D covers everything that Plan C covers, except for Medicare Part B deductible.

Medigap Plan F (which includes a high-deductible option) covers everything Plan C covers, as well as Medicare Part B excess chargers.

Medigap Plan G covers everything that Plan F covers, except for Medicare Part B deductible.

Medigap Plan  K covers Medicare Part A coinsurance /hospital costs up to +365 days after Medicare benefits are used up. It also pays 50% of  coinsurance and copayment for Medicare Part B, the first three pints of blood and Medicare Part A Hospice coinsurance/copayment, and Part A deductible. There is an out-of-pocket limit of $4,660.00.

Medigap Plan L covers Medicare Part A coinsurance /hospital costs up to +365 days after Medicare benefits are used up. It also pays 75% of  coinsurance and copayment for Medicare Part B, the first three pints of blood and Medicare Part A Hospice coinsurance/copayment, and Part A deductible. There is an out-of-pocket limit of $2,330.00.

Medigap Plan M covers everything that  Plan D covers, except that it only covers 50% of Medicare Part A deductible.

Medigap Plan N covers everything that Plan D covers, except for a copayment of up to $20 for some office visits and up to $50 copayment for emergency room visits not resulting in hospital admission.
